Amy has appeared in various media outlets such as The Early Show, Parents Magazine, Redbook, Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food, MSN Money, and the New York Times.
She is a foodie, bookworm, knitter, hot glue gun junkie, novice photographer, penny pincher, and lover of the simple life. She has enjoyed documenting their family journey out of debt and into a life far richer than she could ever imagine through her site.
